The KFA-SMTF series from EMC Technology and Florida RF Labs is a chip attenuator that operates from 18 to 36 GHz. It is available in two frequency configurations from 18 to 27 GHz and from 27 to 36 GHz.
The attenuators can be configured to have a fixed attenuation from 0 to 10 dB with an accuracy of ±0,75 dB. They can handle up to 200 mW of CW power and up to 2 Watts of pulsed peak power, and have a VSWR of 1,5:1. They can be used in satellite communication, point-to-point radio, military communications and in a number of other applications.
