36 – 43,5 GHz medium-power amplifier

The CHA3398-98F from United Monolithic Semiconductors is a 4-stage monolithic medium-power amplifier, which produces 24 dB gain for 20 dBm output power. It is well suited for a wide range of applications, from military to commercial communication systems.

This circuit is highly linear and compatible with the latest generation of digital pre-distortion. Its versatile biasing condition helps to tune performance, and the circuit is fully protected against ESD.

This product is manufactured with a pHEMT process, 0,15 µm gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography. It is available in bare die.
