Antenna solution for emergency services

In keeping with its commitment to provide antenna solutions for most local and international requirements, Webb Industries says it has developed and introduced a new antenna for the emergency services band.

The SiteMaster collinear antenna is designed to meet the needs of the police and other emergency services in the 380 to 400 MHz frequency range. The SM400-6 fibreglass collinear antenna is completely sealed against dust and moisture ingress. Currently, there are two models available - one with 0° and one with 6° electrical downtilt. Both are supplied with an integral clamp for mounting on a vertical or horizontal support pole.

The development of this antenna extends the range of Webb's antennas. The company has also been responsible for the custom development of antennas to meet the specific requirements of local and oversees customers.

Webb Industries, a large local supplier of peripheral telecommunications equipment has turnkey capabilities that embrace the supply of antennas, cabling, earthing, lightning protection, equipment shelter, fencing and the installation of all necessary telecommunications equipment required by its wide client base.
