New models have been added to Amphenol Antel's low profile, sleekly-designed WPA panel series of antennas. A full spectrum of 63°, 80° and 90° antennas are now available for cellular applications.
The WPA series has quick roll-off of front-to-side measurement. For CDMA operators, this minimises sector overlap and allows more effective control of soft hand-off and pilot pollution. 10-15% null fill comes standard for better building penetration and fewer dropped calls. And, all patterns feature superior upper side lobe suppression to combat co-channel interference.
WPA antennas are designed with Amphenol Antel's 3T technology, featuring a one-piece, water-cut, all-brass feedline assembly and air for insulation.
