Hittite has released two new GaAs MMIC I/Q mixers modules. The hermetically sealed devices are designed for applications such as point-to-point radios, point-to-multipoint radios and VSAT, and test equipment and sensors, and are suitable for military end-use.
The HMC-C046 is designed for the 20-31 GHz range, with IF bandwidth from DC right up to 4,5 GHz. It features image rejection of 24 dB, LO to RF isolation of 42 dB and high input IP3 of 22,5 dBm.
The HMC-C047 is designed for the 30-38 GHz range, with IF bandwidth between DC and 3,5 GHz. Image rejection is 15 dB, LO to RF isolation is 35 dB and input IP3 is 22,5 dBm.
