TriQuint’s TGA2216-SM is a broadband amplifier covering the 0,1 – 3 GHz frequency range and providing typical Psat output of more than 10 W at a bias voltage of 40 V (@360 mA). It comes in a 5 x 5 x 1,43 mm ceramic QFN SMD package that is lead-free and RoHS compliant. The IC features small signal gain of 21 dB, P1dB in excess of 35 dBm and input return loss below 8 dB. Well suited for military communication, electronic warfare and radar systems, it carries an ECCN rating of EAR99 and is supported by a selection of evaluation boards.
