Range of directional antennas gets new member

Webb Industries has added to its range of directional antennas with the new Y900-16 shrouded Yagi antenna. This high gain GSM 900 band antenna is used for links when deploying Webb's Mikom range of GSM repeaters. In the absence of GSM coverage, a network operator will install a repeater and the high gain antenna will transmit and receive the signals via the repeater.

Manufactured from high strength ABS and aluminium, the antenna is claimed to be robust and designed for long life. It joins Webb's other Yagi antenna, the Y900-5 which has set the standard for reliable antennas.

Webb Industries, which is a Jasco group company, designs and manufactures telecommunications equipment for the local and international markets.
