Mini-Circuits announced the release of the new PMA3-63GLN+ amplifier, a PHEMT-based device whose low noise, high IP3 and flat gain over wideband make it ideal for sensitive, high-dynamic-range S-band receiver applications, With a frequency range of 1,8 to 6,0 GHz, it comes in the 3 x 3 mm QFN package, accommodating dense circuit board layouts.
This amplifier has a noise figure of only 0,6 dB at 2,5 GHz and an IP3 of up to +26,6 dBm, with a gain of 27,9 dB at 3,5 GHz. The device operates on a supply voltage of 5 V d.c. at only 69 mA, making it ideal for use in situations where power usage is critical.
Typical spplications for the PMA3-63GLN+ are 5G, Wi-Fi, WLAN, UMTS and LTE, WiMAX, S-band radar, C-band satcom and many others.
