The QPP0100 from Qorvo is an X-band VPIN limiter that operates from 8,0 to 11,5 GHz. It can handle a peak input power of 100 W and has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB. The limiter has a flat leakage under 21 dBm, a spike leakage of less than 22 dBm and a recovery time of less than 200 ns.
It is a passive device (no DC bias is required) and is internally matched to 50 Ω. This RoHS-compliant limiter is available in an over-moulded, surface-mount QFN package that measures 4,0 x 4,0 x 0,85 mm. It is designed to operate in the X-band and is suitable for radar, commercial and defence-related applications.
