Qorvo’s QPF4632 is a Wi-Fi 6/6E (802.11 ax) integrated front-end module that operates from 5,945 to 7,125 GHz. It consists of a power amplifier (PA), DC logarithmic power detector, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch, and a bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA).
This front-end module (FEM) provides a Tx gain of 31 dB and an Rx gain of 14 dB with a noise figure of 2 dB. It has integrated matching with die-level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics, and 2,4 GHz band rejection for DBDC operation. The FEM requires a DC supply of 3,3 V and delivers optimum performance by conserving power consumption while maintaining high linear output power.
The QPF4632 is available in a RoHS-compliant surface-mount package that measures 2,5 x 2,5 mm and is ideal for access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, customer premise equipment and IoT applications.
