Optoelectronic transceivers

Radiall’s D-Light DLM-04-1000-Iw-Pyx-Lvv parallel optoelectronic modules transmit and receive high data rate signals on four independent channels. They are optimised for short distance, high data rate optical communications on multimode ribbon fibre and fully comply with the ARINC804 standard. They are protocol-independent and can be applied to 10 Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, Infiniband QDR, DDR XAUI or any communication application over -40°C to +90°C.

The modules integrate state-of-the-art 850 nm GaAs VCSEL arrays and are optimised for low power consumption. They are available in a pluggable package and multimode fibre ribbon pigtail termination offered around the standardised MT ferrule.

Also available are the S-Light SLM-1001-IGM-Pyz-Lvv full duplex transceivers, again targeted at short distance, high data rate optical communications. They are protocol independent and can be applied to 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10G Base-SR) or any balanced network protocols. The S-Light family is optimised for severe environment applications and complies with AEEC / ARINC 804 transceiver specifications.

SLM-1001-Ix-Pyz-Lvv optical interfaces consist of either 50/125 or 62,5/125 m multimode optical cable pigtails terminated by the end-user specified optical termini or connector.
